Becoming God of a Dystopian World

Chapter 252 - Pushed Away By A Monkey

Zhao Luo vanished from his spot as he went towards the direction of the leaders of these flying monkeys.

"He is fast."

The princess mumbled with a slightly surprised look on her face as she barely kept up with his movements with her eyes.

The next moment, she took out a sword.

A white sword that looked like it was clad in some kind of holy light. While holding the sword in her hand, the princess looked even more mesmerizing than before.

Her beauty had exceeded the boundary that would only affect humans as some of the flying monkeys turned around and dived towards her with their wings fully controlling the stability of their dive.

"Get ready."

The princess said to her subordinates.

Brother Lee was already equipped with his gloves with sharp knuckles while Ro Tang took out a bigger and broader sword than the one he had used to attack Zhao Luo before.

The two groups were ready as the next instant the battle against these flying monkeys broke out.

"Protect the princess."

\'Boom.\'

Brother Lee told Ro Tang while he punched one of the monkeys in its abdomen.

"Protect the bags."

Senior Cutie shouted on the other side while swinging his bronze rod at the incoming monkeys furiously.

\'Bang, Bang, Bang.\'

He struck three of the Monkeys on their head but instead of their head being destroyed or falling, they just stumbled back before advancing towards him again.

Pi Hao was barely able to stop one of the flying monkeys back as he started fighting it.

Xiao Yu who was standing in the middle had to face more than two of these beasts at the same time since he was in the middle of the four bags.

"Life Palm."

The bodies of the monkeys that were diving at the bags from above felt a stinging pain in their necks as Xiao Yu\'s palm landed on the side of their throats.

"Ug~~"

The monkeys cried out while flying away from the bags, to be exact, they were running away from Xiao Yu for some reason.

"Come at me you bloody monkeys."

Xiao Yu looked at them coldly and shouted at the beasts who were scratching their necks.

While the fight broke out on the ground as everyone was busy dealing with something, Zhao Luo had appeared on one of the branches of the tallest tree.

"I will need to use it once more."

Zhao Luo was aiming for the leader of the flying monkeys, the adult flying monkey, who was still looking down as though Zhao Luo and the others were ants in its eyes.

Zhao Luo lowered his body and squatted halfway before pushing his toes down with all the force he could muster in his legs.

\'Crack.\'

The branch broke while Zhao Luo jumped at the leader with his abrupt movements.

"Hey, ugaa bugaa bastard."

Zhao Luo shouted as he reached for the humanoid monkey.

"Uga Buga."

The leader looked angry like he could understand that Zhao Luo was cursing him.

The next instant a creepy smile appeared on its face and the wings behind him opened instantly.

\'Flap, Flap.\'

He hovered above the branch while looking at the human who was coming at him confidently.

\'Why is he smiling?\'

Zhao Luo who had his swords held as they made a cross reached the beast while questioning the look on its face.

"Dual Cross Slash."

Zhao Luo swung his swords as he reached the leader of the flying monkeys.

A dark and crimson light intervened each other while making a cross \'X\' as both Blackey and Ifrit made their way towards the monkey.

The moment Zhao Luo\'s swords were going to hit the monkey who was staring at the swords, it was covered by the wings on its back.

"Clang."

Zhao Luo\'s advance was stopped as sparks flew everywhere the moment his swords landed on the thicks wings of the monkey.

\'What?\'

Zhao Luo was shocked as his attacks were completely neutralized and he couldn\'t even follow up with another attack since this crash happened in mid-air.

The monkey suddenly opened its wings which were harder than the strongest metal itself.

Zhao Luo was throw away instantly by the pressure generated by the wings.

\'Shit.\'

Zhao Luo cursed as he started falling back after being countered by the flying monkey.

\'Thud!\'

\'Thud!\'

\'Thud!\'

"BOOM."

After hitting multiple branches and rolling downwards, Zhao Luo finally crashed on the ground causing a small storm of dust to rise from the place where he had fallen.

"Agh."

Everyone heard a loud and painful scream obviously from Zhao Luo.

"Brother Zhao Luo."

"Little Brother."

The others directed their gaze towards the place where Zhao Luo had fallen and even though they weren\'t able to see him because of the dust, the outline of his shadow was clearly visible.

\'Did he lose?\'

The princess wondered with a worried face as she gaped at the lying shadow that could be seen through the dust storm.

Zhao Luo who had crashed on the ground a moment ago was looking up with furrowed brows.

He was staring at the monkey who was staring back at Zhao Luo from high above.

\'I was pushed back by a monkey?\'

Zhao Luo couldn\'t believe how he was thrown away like a ball by a bloody monkey.

\'He is a little tricky.\'

Zhao Luo slowly got up under the shouts of his brothers while slowly accepting the embarrassing reality.

\'Tap, Tap.\'

A smile appeared on his handsome face as he patted away the dust from his robe.

"This could be my chance."

Zhao Luo mumbled to himself as he remembered the thing he was here for.

"I need it to follow me."

Turning his head away from the leader of the monkeys, Zhao Luo looked around, and even though the dust hat had yet to settle, he could somewhat see the situation around him.

"Why are they crowding there?"

Zhao Luo wondered as his eyes went over the group of the princess and the monkeys that were surrounding her.

For some reason, more flying monkeys were attacking their group instead of his, and for Zhao Luo\'s plan to work he had to get the attention of the humanoid flying monkey solely on him.

"Let\'s do it."

Zhao Luo smiled and lowered his body while opening his arms thus raising his swords opposite to each other.
